We're all about growing the next generation of business leaders. Have you thought about the growing impact of "baby-boomer" retirements? Think about it....the Gen-X and Gen-Y combined population (born 1965-1992) is only two-thirds the size of the baby-boomer generation (born 1946-1964). That suggests that one-third of the businesses now being led by baby-boomers will go begging for leadership when those baby-boomers retire. By the way, the same kind of crises will be hitting education, government and other segments just as hard. Where will those leaders come from?
At Economic Partners In Change (EPIC), we advocate a grow-your-own approach starting with a Youth Financial Literacy Program as a firm foundation. A full spectrum of Programs builds on that foundation to promote business success and leadership with a pay-forward-give-back approach.
